SolutionsForYou professional organizer created zones for “action” files and “reference” files, for paper processing, for incoming and outgoing paper, office supply storage, mailing materials, office reference materials and classroom reference materials.

Our client is a college professor and she needed a system for her classroom materials that she needs to carry back and forth between office and classroom depending on the lesson plan. We designed a system including a green box for “1^st year students” and a blue box for “2^nd year students” for our professor to place her classroom materials in each day to carry back and forth from office to classroom.

Our client also struggled with how to categorize her action papers and where to keep them so she could find them when she needed to. SolutionsForYou designed a system for her and she has been able to easily maintain “her system”.
