Before SolutionsForYou, Inc. Organizing Services, our client’s home based real estate office was a visual distraction that made it difficult for her to focus on and prioritize her paperwork.
SolutionsForYou repositioned her work space to allow her desk to expand to its full horizontal dimension. We also relocated various tables and credenzas that were nothing more than paper catchalls. Next we created zones for “action” files, “client” files, and “forms” files. Zones to process incoming and outgoing paper and to store office supplies and mailing materials were also established. The piece de resistance is in the reference binder we assembled to contain all of her key information that is not only at her fingertips but also portable.
Our client struggled with how to categorize her action papers and where to keep them so she could find them when she needed to. SolutionsForYou designed a system for her and she has been able to easily maintain “her system”.
